Jon Denham is a design, branding and innovation leader with a track record of building effective brands at global and regional organizations.
Jon joined Lextant in 2018 to help build their brand and bring his extensive experience in CPG to refine their approach, capability and build on their extensive impact in market. Lextant has a rich history of providing business building insights to fuel brands, products and services across CPG, Financial Services, Banking, Automotive and Health Care industries on regional and global basis. He has established a Chicago office, the first office outside of Ohio for Lextant and will spearhead their efforts from there.
Formerly Jon served as Vice President of Disruptive Innovation and Design at Conagra since 2011. Under his direction newly created innovation teams that focus on the most critical platforms where we can drive disruptive innovation. These teams determine how to address opportunities like extending existing brand equities, launching new brands, or even acquiring new brands. He led his team to contemporize and modernize the branding and packaging across the consumer foods portfolio and his processes now extend off package to other communication mediums.As part of this work, he led the development of a design language to bring the company’s real food philosophy to life within packaging and branding.
Prior to ConAgra, Jon was with Kraft Foods and led their Design and Innovation function. In this role, he was focused on driving design leadership throughout the Kraft organization. He was also with Procter & Gamble for 16 years with positions around the globe in design and development in Beauty, Health, Fabric & Home Care. His career began with Evans Medical in the UK designing packaging and delivery systems for cancer control drugs, vaccines, branded and generic pharmaceuticals.
Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design (Cardiff University) and a Masters Degree (Central & St Martins School of Art & Design).

Stacy is a senior consultant, workingwith CBX clientsto strategically solve business challenges through the lens of collaboration, insight and innovation. She is a leading advocate for CBX’s agile process methodologies in innovation and design, including the development of design and strategy tools specifically built for speed to market. Stacy has been formally trained and certified in Agile Scrum and Design Thinking. She has successfully driven programs for clients such as: Clorox, Justin’s, Jennie-O Turkey Store, Skippy, Natural Choice, Burt’s Bees and Buffalo Wild Wings.
Stacy’s experience in both agency-side and client-side marketing rolesgives her a unique, empathetic perspective. In her corporate roles,she has supervised and managed significant integrated design, advertising, packaging, digital, innovation, and PR programs. Stacy served as SVP, Marketing and Product Management at CVS/pharmacy where she was part ofthe executive leadership team that launched MinuteClinic, a pioneer in retail healthcare. Stacy led the marketing team to grow the retail brand presence from 65 tomore than 500 locations in just two years and developed a new brand identity, brand experience, internal brandtraining, marketing approach and innovative services that are still in use today.
