RELEASE NOTES

The latest release of Remote Director has automated the update process and notifications to keep track of versioning for all three components of the system.

The Control Panel, Proof Server, and Client each have their own version numbers that update independently.

The versions of each componet are displayed when you roll over the globe icon in the upper left corner of the Control Panel. As new versions are available, you will be notified when you log in.

Control Panel – Version 1.0.426

  • RD icon roll over now shows version of all three system components.

    • Ability to save Fx settings while in a proof session
    • Add Fx notes to include all current setting

    • Ability to use a spot bitmap directly for bump mapping effect
    • Make the Metallic effect more realistic (more mirror effect in some angles)
